THE
PROCESS
Client fills out application form then we agree to do
valuation.
Up to 50% loan to value of loan to customer. Example
2,000,000 condo, client has 1,000,000 and we lend 1,000,000.
We do valuation and offer up to a maximum of 50% of the
value of property.
Client gets approved then signs contract of loan
agreement with lawyers.
From application to draw down of funds takes
approximately 7 days.
Chanote/Title stays with lawyer until full and final
payment then transferred back into clients’ name.

Our company policy is based on our commitment to getting you
results and our dedicated team will assist you every step of the way.
As a foreign buyer you could be eligible for a mortgage or
loan with repayments spread over 2, 5, 10 or 20 years, sometimes more,
depending on the lender. Without the obligation of living in Thailand as a
buyer/investor, you could be receiving yields of between 6% to 15% net.
If you have a secure job, a regular monthly salary to cover
your mortgage outgoings and a good credit history then we can almost certainly
help to deliver a solution for your purchase. We do not get paid from lending
institutions and we do not hike up interest rates or commissions, simply put,
we charge a small arrangement fee.
Our fee policy is based on a no win/ no fee basis. There is
no charge if you are refused a loan.
HOW WE
WORK
Just simply email us with your enquiry. We shall then
communicate with you regarding what you are looking for, type of property, type
of loan, tenure and fact finding information about you, or if jointly, you and
your partner.
If you fit the criteria requirements we shall then progress
and send you an application form, covering all the necessary requirements to
obtain a loan via our private or lending institution partners.

Our lenders will require credit bureau reports, bank
statements, proof of earnings and sometimes proof and/or history of employment.

services and also a confidentiality agreement to protect all parties.
